Control Panel

(1) Position of dental chair:
Chair position control: up, down, tilt back, tilt forward.
(2) Mouth cleaning:
Press the key one time, the dental chair backrest shall move to the most front position so as to facilitate the patient to spit and clean mouth; press the button again, the dental chair backrest shall move back to its previous position.
(3) Mouth water supply:
Press the “ Mouth water supply ” key one time, the mouth wash supply shall stop after the setting time is up; during the mouth wash supply period, every press on this key shall stop water supply.
(4) The spittoon flush:
Press the“spittoon flush”key to flush the spittoon.
(5)Heating:
Press the“Heating ” key one time, the constant-temperature water heater shall be started to heat water to a temperature of 40℃±5℃; if the water temperature reduces, the water heater shall start automatically.
(6)Film viewer:
Press the “Film viewer ” key one time, the power supply of the film viewer shall be connected; press the key again, the power supply of the film viewer shall be disconnected.
(7)Operating light:
Press the key one time, the power supply of the operating light shall be connected; press the key again, the power supply of the operating light shall be disconnected.
(8)9 Memory positions of dental chair:
User can customize 0-9 memory positions for the dental chair.
(9)Chair Reset:
Press the "RESET" button, the patient's chair is lowered to the lowest level and the back is tilted to the front.

Normal Suction System Design

A dental chair has suction system for saliva ejector which divides into air Pressure(strong suction) attached a silencing system, water Pressure(weak suction). When the machine exports the air, the air in the tube becomes thin and negative pressure is formed. So the outside air will enter the tube by the pressure difference.The principle of weak suction is same to work.

Central Suction System Design（Without Place Selection Valve)

The system without place selection valve,negative pressure will enter the machine directly. When central suction system is touched by the working dental chairs , the pressure will exist in other dental chairs without working,so this design will increases the workload of the central suction system.

The system with a place selection valve is like a negative pressure switch. When the switch is turned on, the negative pressure will enter the machine. When the switch is closed, the negative pressure will not enter,so this design will reduce the workload of the central suction system.Thus, the work efficiency is improved.
