Introduction&Specification
The dust collection is mainly used for dust (powder) generation points in industrial environments. Through the collection of dust (powder) by the vacuum cleaner, the collection of valuable workpiece powder and the elimination of dust pollution to the environment; Maximize the economy of product materials and protect the environment, is an excellent equipment essential for industrial production collection of dust (powder) and environmental protection. The vacuum cleaner has the advantages of small volume, low noise, strong suction and high dust removal efficiency.
The dust collection is equipped with automatic pulse spray cleaning function. When the equipment is switched to the stop state each time, the system will automatically execute the backwash spray program to clean the dust attached to the filter element. Machine built-in stainless steel gas storage tank, while the overall chamber adopts high-quality sound insulation materials and multi-layer sound insulation structure design, used in daily environment, motor noise is less than 65 dB, suitable for use in the workplace.

Components & Control Instructions
The Multi-station dust collector is equipped with control system, filter system, dust waste collection box, a suction pipe mouth, and movable bearing wheel.
The back is provided with Φ8 air source input interface and power input port. Exhaust outlet is provided at the bottom.
If you want to use the automatic mode, you need to connect the aviation socket to the 24V signal source to realize the automatic start and stop function with the processing equipment.
The Φ75 suction pipe interface is set on the left and right sides of the vacuum cleaner.If only one side of the suction pipe is connected, the other side can be sealed with the tube plug cover.

Machine Installation And Use
1. Put the machine in the specified position before use, and convert the bearing wheel to the load-bearing fixed mode.
2. Arrange suction pipes as required. When connecting more than two suction ports, the main pipe size should be Φ75.
3. Connect the power cable and the air compressor gas pipe (Φ8) to the gas pipe port on the device.
4. Start the power switch and select the operating mode (automatic/manual) as required.
5. The fan starts to run. After the equipment is stopped, the dust removal program will automatically run for spraying.
6. After the dust removal is complete, the system automatically enters the standby mode and turns off the power.
Daily Maintenance
A.The vacuuming wind is insufficient
Check whether the dust box door seal is complete, check whether the automatic dust spraying program is executed, and whether the filter element is blocked.
B.Bad dust removal effect
When the vacuum cleaner is dusting, if the filter element is not replaced and the dust is cleaned for a long time, it will easily lead to the blockage of the filter element and affect the vacuuming effect. Waste dust should be cleaned up in time according to the use.
C.Clean the dust or replace the filter element
1.It is preferred to close the machine after power operation, and the filter element dust removal program is automatically run at this time.
2.Open the door of the dust collecting box, take out the dust collecting box, and clean up the waste dust inside.
3.Clean and replace the filter element, rotate the filter element clockwise to remove, and the installation sequence is opposite to the removal.

Warranty

If the faulty item needs to be sent back to our store for checking and repair, then we will cover the fee of shipping it back to our store. Upon its arrival to our store, we will cover the fee of the repair and ship it back to your doorstep for free also.
4. If your purchased item is out of the warranty period, then you can report the issue to us into [email protected] and our technical support team will issue you a report for the repair fee based on the kind of the fault.
5. Replacement: In case the product received comes with manufacturing defects, the buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, the buyers are required to provide photographic as well as video evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects which can be sent to our email: [email protected]. If the case is deemed valid, then we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
The price displaying on website is factory price only, not including any shipping cost, your country’s import tax, customs clearance fee and insurance.
Shipping Cost
We can ship out the goods to you by three ways: Express ( DHL/UPS/FeDex/EMS), Air Shipping or Sea Shipping.
Express is the better way for order which the weight is under 10KG, it normally takes 4-7 days for delivery and delivery to your door directly.
Air Shipping is a good way for heavy order more than 100kg if you need the order urgently. It normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your airport and pick the goods up there.
Sea Shipping is the lowest-cost way for big order, such as dental chair/dental unit order. It normally takes 30-60 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your seaport and pick the goods up there.
The shipping cost which we charge you when you do the Checkout on our website is just for the Express shipping cost, if you want to use a cheaper shipping way, such as Sea Shipping, you need to contact us for the quote.
For the Air Shipping and Sea Shipping, if you don’t want to take the trouble to do the customs clearance and just want goods delivery to your door, we also can do that for you in additional charge.
Import Tax
Different country will have different import tax rate for different items, some country even 0 import tax for dental equipment. So if you want to know the exact import tax rate of the products, you need to inquire your customs department. Our price is not including any import tax, you need to pay it to your customs when the package arrive your country. But you can inform us to make a low value shipping invoice for you to avoid high import tax.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance covers any damage or missing for your order during the transportation, so we highly recommend you to buy it for your large amount order. The insurance premium are as follows:
a.For Express/Air Shipping/Sea Shipping, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0008, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
b.For Air Shipping or Sea Shipping with door to door delivery service, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0013, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
c.Deductible: USD300 or 0.5% of the sum insured of the whole consignment, whichever is higher.
