Component&Function

1. Host
The most important part of the dental cleaning machine is the voltage signal generated by the general household AC power supply through the processing of many precision electronic parts. This voltage signal will be sent to the mobile phone through the phone line, causing the teeth cleaning machine head to oscillate. At the same time, it will also obtain a credit number from the mobile phone, and use this credit number to maintain circuit stability. Another function is to provide direct current with adjustable voltage to drive the DC motor mobile phone for polishing.

2. Handpiece
There are two sets of coils inside the handpiece, one is the main coil, which will have an electromagnetic effect with the dental cleaning machine head, and the dental cleaning machine head will rapidly vibrate back and forth in response to the wave pattern change of voltage. Another set of secondary coils will generate an induced current due to the forward and backward movement of the teeth cleaning machine head, which acts as a return credit number. At the same time, the water is also sprayed from the head of the dental cleaning machine to perform the role of cooling and flushing, so it can remove dental stones.

3. Foot switch
The switch is designed in the shape of a foot pedal. The main purpose of this switch is to allow the doctor to control the action of the dental cleaning machine with his feet rather than hands during treatment. This design allows the user to easily operate and control the machine during treatment.

4. Power outlets
Before using this machine, please confirm the local power supply specifications and ensure that the power grounding cable is properly connected.

5. Water connector
Please make sure that a clean filtered water source is connected before using this machine.
6. Motor handpiece

Control Panel

1.POWER
The main power switch, when pressed, activates the power supply and the power indicator lights up. If you press the button again, the power will be cut off and the indicator will go out.
●Note: Before turning on the main power supply, determine whether the foot switch is pressed and stepped on.

2.MOTOR
The cleaning/polishing switch, when pressed the MOTOR indicator lights up to indicate that the MOTOR mode has been switched, the motor speed can be adjusted by turning the OSCILLATOR knob in the motor mode. Press this button again to switch to cleaning mode.

3.WATER
This knob is used to adjust the amount of water flowing to the phone. When you turn the knob clockwise, the amount of water becomes smaller. On the contrary, the amount of water becomes larger. Users can adjust the amount of water according to their own use needs. The water in the phone can reduce the heat caused by the vibration of the teeth cleaning machine head to avoid excessive temperature of the handpiece.

4.OSCILLATION
This knob is used to adjust the size of the output power. When the knob is turned clockwise, the force will be increased. Otherwise, the power becomes smaller. The user can adjust the amount of force according to the adhesion strength of the stone.

5.Forward/Reverse
This switch is located on the back of the machine to switch the polishing machine forward/reverse.
